There are three lodges: Brazos, Pecos, and Rio Grande, all of which offer a lake view. Each lodge features six bedrooms, each equipped with a private bathroom. One room in each lodge is handicap accessible. Additionally, there is a half-bath in the hallway on the ground floor, along with a small kitchenette that includes a refrigerator, sink, microwave, cooktop, and oven. All rooms are supplied with the necessary bed linens and towels for each guest.
